Mr. Anil Kumar is the visionary founder and driving force behind Ekaiva Group, with over four decades of entrepreneurial and industry experience. Beginning his journey in the automobile sector, he successfully established and expanded multiple authorized dealership networks for leading automotive brands across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Khopoli, Bhiwandi, and Raigad of Maharashtra, building a strong reputation for operational excellence, customer trust, and business leadership.
Under his leadership, the Group diversified beyond automobiles into real estate development, infrastructure, logistics, warehousing, and commercial projects. His strategic foresight enabled Ekaiva Group to identify emerging growth corridors and create long-term value-driven developments across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Representing the new generation of leadership, Mr. Akshit Lahoria brings a global outlook, modern business perspective, and innovation-driven approach to Ekaiva Group. With an academic and management background from Australia and entrepreneurial experience at a young age, he plays a key role in shaping the Group’s future growth strategy across diversified sectors.
He has been actively involved in strengthening the Group’s financial structuring, integrating technology-driven systems, enhancing operational efficiencies, and identifying opportunities in emerging industries. With a strong understanding of evolving consumer trends and digital ecosystems, he has contributed significantly to Ekaiva Group’s expansion into media, entertainment, digital content, education, and future-focused ventures.
Mr. Akshit Lahoria is also closely associated with BeingU Studios and Rthyms, where he is helping build globally scalable intellectual properties, international creative collaborations, OTT-focused content strategies, music-led ventures, and next-generation entertainment experiences aimed at bridging Indian storytelling and culture with global audiences.

About Ritika Kumar
Ritika Kumar is the founder of Chalk Montessori, a space born from passion, purpose, and a deep love for children. Although she holds a Master’s degree in Finance, her heart always belonged in the world of early childhood education. Her deep love for children and their formative years led her to transition from the corporate path to the world of education.
With a clear and heartfelt vision, Ritika established Chalk Montessori as a thoughtfully prepared, child-centred environment where learning is joyful, meaningful, and developmentally aligned. Her aim is to create a space that feels calm, inspiring, and secure one where each child is encouraged to grow with confidence and discover their unique potential.
She began her career with two years of experience in a school setting, where she gained valuable insight into early learning environments. Determined to build a strong foundation in authentic Montessori education, she went on to complete her AMI Montessori training, embracing the philosophy of respecting the child, fostering independence, and nurturing natural curiosity.
She believes that early childhood lays the foundation for life. Through meaningful work, hands-on materials, and a nurturing approach, she strives to ensure that every child at Chalk experiences joyful learning and holistic growth.
