Our Journey & Legacy
The journey of Ekaiva Group began in 1984 under the visionary leadership of Mr. Anil Kumar with the establishment of an Escorts–Yamaha service center in New Delhi. Over the years, the Group steadily expanded its footprint across North India through multiple automobile dealerships before establishing a strong presence in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Raigad.
In the early 2000s, Ekaiva Group diversified into real estate, successfully delivering landmark residential and commercial developments across key locations including Vashi, Panvel, Turbhe, Khopoli, and Bhiwandi.
With Akshit Kumar joining the business in 2010, the Group entered a new phase of growth and transformation, expanding into future-focused sectors and modern business verticals.
Today, Ekaiva Group’s diversified portfolio spans premium commercial developments, IT parks, logistics infrastructure, media ventures, educational initiatives, and large-scale redevelopment projects, reflecting its commitment to innovation, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation.

2005-2014
Executed multiple development projects in Panvel. Diversified into a new venture with an authorized Maruti Suzuki dealership at Turbhe. Established SK Wheels Showroom, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. Established the Shri Nandpal Loraiya Memorial Trust, reinforcing commitment to social responsibility. Launched SK Wheels Showroom, Khopoli, Raigad. Expanded presence with the opening of a second Maruti Suzuki showroom in Khopoli. Strengthened footprint with the launch of a third Maruti showroom in Bhiwandi. Completed Aventura Tower (Formerly Known as SK Elite Park), Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.
